Welcome the Burnley Camera Club Membership page.
We invite all interested in the Club to come along for two sessions absolutely free, including tea and coffee and as many biscuits as you can manage. These two sessions are for you to get a feel for who we are and what we do. Ask your questions, chat to members and join in the session for the evening.
We open from 7.15pm till about 9.15pm every Tuesday bar July and August when we traditionally close. That said, someone usually organises an evening out somewhere with cameras and a pub. Take a look at our 'What's on at BCC' to see what we are up to, and come along to find out what we are all about.
When you decide to join these fees apply:
Year membership - £25
Weekly fees - £4 per visit
Brew and cake - 20p per visit
Membership entitles you to not just the Tuesday nights, the huge experience we collectively have but also access to a lot of kit the Club owns - studio lighting, backgrounds, sensor cleaning service etc.
The Club also publishes a weekly “Flyer” with all sorts of useful information and camera related articles aimed at all levels of Photographic skill.
A strength of BCC is the willingness of members to share knowledge about editing and camera techniques. Our membership runs through the entire range of skills and interest in Photography to the very keen to those who like to turn up and just be amongst other photographers.
